Microtunneling is a process that uses a remotely controlled Microtunnel Boring Machine (MTBM) combined with the pipe jacking technique to directly install product pipelines underground in a single pass. We retain our expertise in traditional tunnelling methods for short drives, temporary works or specific site conditions but most of our tunnelling is now carried out by mechanised means.
